A very warm welcome back to all our pupils and families at Oystermouth Primary School – and a special welcome to the new children and parents joining us this term. We hope you had a wonderful summer and are ready for an exciting year ahead. A few things to share….
🌱 School Garden – Volunteers Needed!
We are developing our school garden area near the canteen and would love to involve the children in this project. If you – or someone you know – is a keen gardener and could volunteer some time to work with the children, we would be incredibly grateful. Time commitments are flexible, and any help would be much appreciated. If you are interested, please contact the school office or get in touch with the Mrs Morgan directly.
📸 The Colin Griffiths Photography Award
Our school continues its special partnership with the Mumbles Rotary Club. Prior to COVID, Colin Griffiths and his wife Jean regularly volunteered at Oystermouth, listening to children read. Sadly, Colin has since passed away, but his passion for photography lives on through an annual competition in his name.
