Congratulations to our Dosbarth Rhossili (Y6) girls’ football team, who won the Gower Cup Girls Tournament yesterday.
Oystermouth competed against Llwynderw, Grange, Mayals, Pennard, Knelston and Crwys primary schools.
The team was made up of Ava F, Ava H, Ayda, Cleo, Eira, Flo, Seren and Willow.
The girls produced an outstanding performance, winning every match. They played some excellent football and showed fantastic teamwork, determination and support for one another throughout the tournament.
Mrs Harris was incredibly proud of the team, particularly as this was her final tournament with the girls before handing over the football reins to Mr Greenwood next term.
Well done, girls. A fantastic achievement!
