Oystermouth Primary Summer Fayre Brings Sunshine Indoors!

Grey skies didn’t stop the fun at Oystermouth Primary’s PTA Summer Fayre on Saturday 7th June, as the school community came together for a brilliant morning of stalls, games and fundraising.

The event was largely held indoors, but the atmosphere was as bright and lively as ever. Each class proudly ran their own stall, selling creative and enterprising products they had made themselves. Dosbarth Rhossili pupils added an extra layer of fun with their exciting games, while visitors enjoyed browsing arts and crafts, trying their luck at the tombola, and picking up great finds at the sustainable pre-loved uniform stall.

Outside, the smell of sizzling food from the BBQ added to the summer spirit, while indoors there was a steady flow of teas, coffees and delicious homemade cakes and bakes.

The raffle was a real showstopper, with over 80 fantastic prizes up for grabs, generously donated by local businesses and families. A big thank you to the raffle organisers and everyone who bought a ticket!

While the total amount raised is still being counted, the event was a true celebration of teamwork and community. Huge thanks go to the amazing PTA, all the helpers, staff, pupils and everyone who came along to support the school.
