Four pupils from Oystermouth Primary proudly represented the school today at the Bronze Young Ambassadors training held at the LC2 in Swansea.
Cleo and Flo from Dosbarth Rhossili, and Theo and Rhys from Dosbarth Oxwich, spent the day developing their leadership skills, learning how to inspire others to get active, and discovering ways to promote sport and well-being within the school.
The Bronze Young Ambassador Programme helps pupils build confidence, teamwork, and communication skills while encouraging a healthy, active lifestyle. Supported by Swansea’s Sport and Health Team and coach Adam Morgan, the initiative empowers young people to lead activities and influence how sport is promoted in their schools.
A big thank you goes to Lee Woodman for kindly providing transport to and from the LC2, helping make the day possible.
Mrs Morgan said she is “very proud of Cleo, Flo, Theo and Rhys for representing Oystermouth Primary so well. They showed real enthusiasm and commitment, and we’re looking forward to seeing them put their ideas into action back at school.”
